This  program provides you resources such as; healthy recipes, cooking videos,
exercise videos and loads of local events to help you lose weight.

Lighten Up 4 Life Now Has Weekly Weigh-Ins Every Monday Of Every Week.
You must submit your weigh at least at the end of every month. Dates are listed on the How to Submit page.
