Welcome to Lighten Up 4 Life the Western North Carolina Community Weight-Loss Challenge!
Lighten Up 4 Life is a team-based program that offers you resources and guidance to help you lose weight, get healthier and win prizes. Everyone is encouraged to sign up and take the challenge and work toward a healthy body weight. And throughout the year-long program, Lighten Up 4 Life will help educate you about the importance of maintaining a healthy body weight and how it can improve your health.

The current Lighten Up 4 Life Challenge begins on April 29, 2013 and runs through August 16, 2013. Registration is ongoing so participants are encouraged to sign up at any time throughout the year. There is no limit to the number of teams you can have from any organization, neighborhood, church or business.

Sign up as a 4-member team or as an individual (not eligible for all prizes) and lose the greatest percentage of weight and win!

Lighten Up 4 Life’s Progress Tracker is for your viewing only, to help you keep track of your weight-loss progress. Your actual weight or number of pounds lost will not be shared with anyone. The number of pounds your team loses collectively will be shared, along with the team’s % of weight-loss, but your individual weight will not be shared and will remain anonymous.
